1. Mid-range speakers: The speakers that mainly play intermediate-frequency signals are called mid-range speakers. 3. Full-band speaker: Full-band speaker refers to a speaker that can cover the bass, mid-range and treble frequency bands at the same time, and can play electrical signals in the entire audio range. The theoretical frequency range is required from tens of Hz to 20kHz, but in practice it is very difficult to use one speaker, so most of them are made into double cone speakers or coaxial speakers. The double-cone speaker is to add a small-diameter paper cone to the center of the large-diameter speaker to reproduce high-frequency sound signals, which is beneficial to the improvement of the upper limit of the frequency response. Coaxial speakers are two woofers with different diameters and tweeters installed on the same central axis.


4. Tweeter: Speakers that mainly play high-frequency signals are called tweeters. In order to make the upper limit frequency of high-frequency playback reach 20kHz, the upper limit frequency of human hearing, the tweeter has a smaller diameter and a tougher vibrating membrane. Compared with the bass and midrange speakers, the performance requirements of the tweeter are not only the same as the midrange unit, but also require a higher upper limit of the playback frequency band and a larger input capacity.
